All orders are subject to manual confirmation before preparation. We confirm the fragrance, bottle size, quantity, availability, final price, payment details and delivery option.
Collection by appointment
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving. Collection times must be arranged in advance.
Pudo courier
Pudo courier delivery is available at R50 unless otherwise confirmed. Delivery timing depends on courier performance, locker availability, drop-off timing, public holidays and payment confirmation.
Customer details
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, delivery information, Pudo locker details where applicable and collection information.
Courier delays
Once an order has been handed to a courier, delivery timing may be affected by factors outside Orena Scents’ direct control. We will assist where reasonably possible.
