1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and manual confirmation. An order is not final until Orena Scents has confirmed the fragrance, size, quantity, price, delivery option and payment details.

2. Payment

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Proof of payment may be required. Please use the reference provided during order confirmation where applicable.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in South African Rand. Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will use the price confirmed at the time the order was accepted.

4. Product availability

Some fragrances may be out of stock, discontinued, delayed or subject to supplier availability. If a fragrance is unavailable, Orena Scents may suggest alternatives.

5. Product descriptions

Fragrance descriptions are provided to help customers understand scent direction, mood and general fragrance style. Individual scent experience may vary depending on skin type, application, weather and personal preference.

6. Inspired fragrance disclaimer

Orena Scents offers inspired fragrance products and scent-direction alternatives. Any reference to well-known fragrance names, designer brands or trademarks is used strictly for comparison, identification and scent-direction guidance only.

Orena Scents is an independent fragrance business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or connected to any original designer brand, manufacturer, distributor or trademark owner.

Our products are not represented as original designer fragrances. Product names, descriptions and scent references are intended only to help customers understand the style, mood and fragrance profile of the scent.

7. Delivery

Delivery and collection options are confirmed before order preparation. Courier timelines may vary and may be affected by third-party courier performance, public holidays, locker availability or customer information errors.

8. WhatsApp orders

Orders placed through WhatsApp are subject to the same terms as website enquiries. Customers must review their order details before payment confirmation.

9. Payment safety

Please confirm that payment details match the official Orena Scents communication channel before paying. Orena Scents will never ask you to send payment to a personal account that has not been confirmed through our official WhatsApp or email channels.

10. Product safety

Fragrances are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, irritated skin or sensitive areas. Keep away from children, pets, heat, flames and direct sunlight. Patch testing is recommended, especially for sensitive skin.

11. Limitation of responsibility

Orena Scents will make reasonable efforts to prepare and process orders professionally. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details, courier issues, public holidays, payment delays or events outside our reasonable control.
